Kirkland “Kirk” B. Andrews

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Consolidated Edison, Inc.

Kirkland “Kirk” B. Andrews is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New-York-based Consolidated Edison (“Con Edison”), the energy company serving the 10 million people of New York City, Westchester, Orange and Rockland counties.

Mr. Andrews previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Evergy, Inc., a regulated utility holding company. He led Evergy’s corporate financial functions, including treasury, accounting, planning, tax, capital allocation and investor relations. Prior to Evergy, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of NRG Energy, Inc. Mr. Andrews also served as a director for NRG Yield, a publicly-traded subsidiary of NRG, and as its executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Andrews joined NRG in 2011 after a successful 15-year career in investment banking, serving as managing director and co-head of investment banking for the Power & Utilities—Americas group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Before that, he served Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as managing director and head of its Power Mergers & Acquisitions group and subsequently group head of its North American Power Group. Over his banking career, he led numerous large-scale strategic, debt, equity and commodities transactions.

Mr. Andrews holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of RPM International and the Deacon Club of Wake Forest University.
